Pickup Schedule
- 2:45 PM: Pickup #1 at Residence Inn Long Island (next to Hilton Garden Inn)
- 3:15 PM: Pickup #2 at Watershed Kitchen & Bar / Bay Breeze Inn
- 3:30 PM: Drop-Off at Jedediah Hawkins Inn
Upon arrival, we’ll have light refreshments before the ceremony begins at 4 PM.
Evening Schedule
- 9:30 PM: After Party Shuttle from Jedediah Hawkins Inn to Watershed Kitchen & Bar / Bay Breeze Inn (for those ready to keep the party going... karaoke, perhaps? 🎶)
- 9:45 PM: Hotel Shuttle from Jedediah Hawkins Inn to Residence Inn (for those looking to wind down early 😴)
- 11:00 PM: First Shuttle from Watershed Kitchen & Bar / Bay Breeze Inn back to Jedediah Hawkins Inn and Residence Inn
- 12:00 AM: Final Shuttle from Watershed Kitchen & Bar / Bay Breeze Inn
Please note: If you are arriving Saturday, we understand this is a tight turnaround to make the shuttle given that official check-in may not be until 2 or 3pm. We called hotels and most do offer early check-in, so please give them a call to verify how early you can arrive:
